Just a normal day in the moat and I was scooping some leaves off the top of the pool. I didn't even notice this little toad until he hopped right off the leaf and into the water. He blended so perfectly! And fortunately (for me) he was still in the path of my net and he was caught almost immediately. He's so little that he didn't jump very far. It's amazing to think he was just sitting on the top of that leaf in the water.
