Accomplishments 


DC YASC - May 2019 - I was very excited to be able to go to YASC DC and work in the lab with our clients. Being able to meet so many clients was a great experience. I was also able to meet with a brand new client and have an in person "kick off" meeting for their implementation.

First Internal Webinar for RENTCafé (CAS & Curious) - This is an area that I feel is not well known in RENTCafé. But because I have worked with the sites often with my design efforts, I realized I was a perfect fit to teach the class. I even created my first Confluence page to go along with it.

RENTCaffeine Specialist - Ever since the first teasers of our new framework were announced, I have been learning as much as I could about it. I even went out of my way to scout out potential clients for BETA partners from our RENTCafé Client Success Team NC in order to learn firsthand as well. With this work I have been named one of six subject matter experts from Nomo Nagaoka and had the first RENTCaffeine conversion on the East Coast & Raleigh office. At this time I have converted numerous clients including a phased roll out of 86 properties for R Homes/ Enterprise Residential. As RENTCaffeine is preparing to come out of the controlled Beta, I set up a weekly meeting for those interested in learning more about it and the new Site Editor. I was fortunate to be included in the most recent Stat Testing as well. 

Team Lead Backup for Meetings & Out of Office - I have been assisting my Team Lead Josh Batten this last year by being his back up when he is unavailable. This has included being on Start Smart calls with new clients, leading team meetings, being his out of office contact and escalation point. I'm very proud to have come this far. 



 

Client Successes

 
Derosa Rentals - 100056805 - RENTCafé Full Portal for 3 Properties I had this client for roughly 2 years and they graduated to Client Success last summer. When I received this client, the SPOC had come from a Voyager implementation process that did not meet her satisfaction and she was frustrated due to this. During the course of our implementation, she was very detail oriented but often demanding due to her high expectations of RENTCafé & Voyager. Although longer than our normal implementation timeline for a client of this size, I had promised to make sure she was fully satisfied before concluding her implementation project. Being able to turn her around but also seeing her become such a supporter of the RENTCafé platform and the RENTCafé NC team is one of my biggest personal achievements.

Richards & Robbins Full - 100029222-RENTCafe Full Portal for 6 properties & 1,158 units. Due to a complete rebranding of their company and also retraining of their leasing staff this was a very detailed oriented implementation to ensure consistency and understanding for their new processes. Their leasing staff had never worked in Voyager and had to learn the full prospect & Make Lease Ready workflow in Voyager & RENTCafé. I also designed a CAS site to match their new branding but they chose to hold off on going live at the time.

Mack Real Estate Group CRM_CA 100055941  c00000100857 - Existing RC client adding on CRM/CA to the mix for 11 properties & 2,369 units.   Because my expertise in RENTCafé is in the design and marketing I took this client as a perfect opportunity to "brush up" on my RENTCafé CRM/CA knowledge. They were also one of the last Popcard to CRM conversions and an early implementation of CRM Single Instance

Campbird Mgt - 100057523 - Conversion to RENTCaffeine for 6 properties

Kane Residential - 100042688 - Conversion to RENTCaffeine for 5 properties


MJ Peterson - Worked with Nina Truax to resdesign their Corporate website. They wanted a design match of their real estate site to be completed before their holiday party so it could be unveiled there. Using the Miera template I was able to match their design on the full corporate site pages and eventually they also had us match their property websites to the Corporate site to have a full portfolio brand design

Honorable Mentions 
Brantley Properties, DBA Carlisle Residential Properties - 100054123 RENTCafé Full Portal for 45 properties & 3,185 units Just outside the time frame but this client had an existing property site that I was able to match using one of our existing templates and custom coded design. Shortly before going to client success they were transferred to one of the new practice teams in the GA office.

York Equities - Although this client was not mine, the account manager, Connie Teague, had to take leave for minor surgery the week after they went live with Voyager & RENTCafé. I worked with them through their Go Live and Connie resumed their implementation for their last phase, RENTCafé CRM. The transition was seamless and I'm proud of how well we were able to work together like this. 

Hal Homes - I worked with our newer teammate Adrianne (Drina) Alexander during their RENTCafé RENTCafé Full Portal + CRM/CA implementation. The client SPOC was often difficult to work with and thus required great patience inorder to provide the best client care. Being new she was still learning CRM but I think this was another great success and demonstration of our teamwork. 

 



 

Teams & Special Projects 

RENTCafe Implementation NC since the beginning (12/16)

Code Breakers 
Since starting with RENTCafé I had an interest in the web design code of our sites. In Jan 2018, I started a group that meets every week for this. Initially it started with wanting to learn more and it evolved into a team that has been nicknamed the "Code Breakers". Our focus has shifted more toward helping our clients and RENTCafé NC colleagues with web design tasks. Often our Creative Services team can take a minimum of a weak to turn around even small custom design requests. It's our goal to help out and tackle these type of tasks so we can turn around a solution to the client faster. Over the last 2 years we've grown and shifted members but this meeting of minds has grown the skills of everyone that has had the chance to join. Josh also set us up an email distribution list for our NC Implementation & Client Success teammates to use if they have a design task that we might be able help. This has been a great success because we can review these items and let the account manager know pretty quickly if the item is truly a design task, something we can tackle, a true task for Creative Services and sometimes we may even have to tell a client it's not possible. The group has helped numerous clients finalize their websites even when they are an aggressive implementation schedule.


RENTCaffeine Project
This project has been aggressive to have all of the RENTCafé Marketing sites converted. I have spearheaded the effort in NC to find Beta Partners, participated in Stat testing, training teammates on the new features, preparing conversion guidelines and develop best practices. I have become one of the subject matter experts and I'm only 1 of 2 that are in CSD.

Pricing Project with Peter Tepfer & Xandra White
This project began with Peter's Overview On Pricing for our Implementation Team meeting but quickly developed into a small project that also included Xandra White. Our goal was to breakdown how the RENTCafé pricing settings affected the floor plan pricing in such a way that it was easily digestible for clients and also our teammates. We named it the "Unit"-verse and thanks to our combined efforts we have a power point and infographic that can quickly give an overview of RENTCafé pricing that is not only informative but also fun.

Teammate Mentoring - When we have new teammates they are buddied up with someone more experienced to mentor them through their first few clients. Over the years I've helped mentor many of my teammates with their clients. Examples: York Equities, Hal Homes, Ashton Mgt Co, Helio Mgt, Caprice Mgt, Westlo Properties.

Moonlight Spotlight  - For the new Hot fix Segment called "Moonlight Spotlight", I created a slide/logo that could be used on the show to transition to that segment.
